for the past few weeks I've been having some problems with ringtones and notification tones that I use. I've assigned individual ringtones to several contacts, and have also got separate notification tones for email and sms messages. Every few days these get put back to default and I can't work out what's causing it, it even happened to a playlist that I created, which got deleted. I've tried resetting the phone(twice) and not installing any apps, but it still keeps happening. Has this happened to anyone else ?
