Hi, I'm kinda new to these forums so sorry if I posted in the wrong place :| Well, I've been looking around and I couldn't find anything helpful to my question which is: How can I create and install a custom boot logo and maybe even boot animation (gif file). I'm a beginner and the other posts i've read seem directed towards more experienced users. I have a Droid X which I've flashed to Milestone 6.02 and it is also rooted. Any help would be awesome! 
Oh, and I don't mind the use of ROMs, as long as they don't screw my phone up too much (ex: Cyanogenmod 7.0 wouldnt install, ended up bootlooping, had to SBF again..MIUI wont let Netflix work work, etc) Thanks again!
