Ok so I know google+ does it but its a clunky interface on google+ and I want to be able to select what pics I send. As of right now any pics I want on my PC I email to my self. There has to be a better way right?

Easiest way to send pics to my computer

Cloud services can do it. I use Dropbox myself. It has the option to automatically upload pictures you take with your phone or you can pick and choose which files you want uploaded.

This is my suggestion as well. I have it set to wifi only. As soon as I get home it uploads everything and they're on my laptop ready and waiting for me.

IowaBowTech hit the one that I wanted to push, AirDroid. Anyone that is not using this should at least try it. It requires you to have wireless at home, so it will not work for everyone. But it works great for me and has no limit on space.
However, the method that works best for you will depend on your specifics and preferences.

Dropbox or Sugarsync will work better than AirDroid. AirDroid requires you to manually move your photos. Dropbox, Sugarsync and similar cloud servers, it goes to your computer automatically. You can be in China snapping away pics, and yet 5min later all those pics are already actually in your home PC's hard drive in NY automatically.
