Root Teach Me How To Unroot My Note

Like the title says, I need step by step instructions on how to unroot my note i717. I tried this on other forums and got the brush off. I want to end up with a completely stock phone, no apps, no data, no root, no flash counter, no recovery....

Please be kind and break it down for me:)

NP.

Kies won't connect. Will keep trying. Just go to the menu and select the item to revert (or whatever it is that the post states). It'll start the process.

Forgot to mention that, I was stumped there too.
