My phone has been rather glitchy since the ICS upgrade was installed Monday. I've already cleared the cache and that helped with some of the issues, but some still remain. Every time I try to post to Facebook the screen goes blank and I get the "Unfortunately Facebook has stopped working" screen. Pictures and check ins work, but not regular posts. Any help with this? I've uninstalled the updates, reinstalled, rebooted a thousand times.

Might also try going to Facebook via your browser and see if it works that way for you or not. Some have reported the browser being more reliable and faster than the app. Good luck.

I only run facebook through browser. You can still get instant uploads but it's tricky to find the right man years the first time . menus sorry

If you are rooted, uninstall the Facebook app and reinstall from market. That fixed my problems with it.
As for beating a dead horse, we wanted ICS bad, and we got it bad. It is absolutely ridiculous that this "upgrade" broke so much on the phone, and the average user has to do a complete wipe (we conveniently forget step 2, take several hours setting everything back up on your phone) to try and make things right.

I haven't used the FB app in probably a year or more. It's never been used on my Maxx - isn't even installed. I use Friendcaster, and like it a lot better. Or, at least I liked it better back when I switched. I admit I can't compare them now since I haven't used the FB app in so long.
