This is my third Samsung S3(international version) but all my samsungs had different screen issues.
ThIs too has screen Issue as upper 20% of the screen is bluish-white and it is more brighter than the lower part while the lower 80% is yellowish-white and is less brighter. This difference in screen colours is more obvious in white background. Please tell me what to do. I love my S3 a lot but I am completely frustrated by this screen issue. :banghead::mad::mad::mad:

you must be the unluckiest person in the world having to replace 3 x s3's. I'd be careful crossing the road! :)

My thoughts exactly. It is like 1 and 3 Billion chance you get 3 defective Galaxy S3 phones in a row. Either the place your getting the phones from somehow ruined their entire shipment and they are still selling them as is or maybe you live next to a nuclear power plant? :)

I hope you get things sorted out though. The phone is amazing.

There's no nuclear plant around :). All the three phones has screen issues only:

1St phone has dark shaded screen in the bottom left which becomes more visible in gray and black colours.

2Nd phone had a bad/stuck pixel in the centre of the bottom

AND now this phone has its top 20% of the screen slightly shaded bluish-white as compared to the bottom 80% which is yellowish-white.
Sometime I think that perhaps I think more about the perfection of the screen colours so I see problems in every phone. I think people don't care about screens that much.

This is a screenshot of my S3. See that the left 20% of screen is more bluIsh-white than the rest of the screen.
The area of screen left to the word "population" has different colour than the rest of the screen. Tell me plz if this is a problem with screen or is this normal?

I can't see a problem with your screenshot. Im not doubting you though, think its just not showing up on my laptop. Having had 3 gnex's, my s3 and looking at other s3's I think its just a biproduct of amoled screens. Most have some shading in the corners of the screen especially on grey and white screens. All of mine have had it to some extent. Does it bother me? Yes, but Im just going to live with it on mine as I think perfect amoled screens are few and far between and if I exchanged it I might get one thats worse.

Thanks brother. Your reply really solved my confusion. I think Samsung should do something to solve this fault in theIr Super AMOLED Screens. Otherwise, it is a perfect phone.

I have the same problem with my S3 and it bugs me. So much that I've bought a RAZR Max and I'm moving to this. Mine is top quarter blue white, middle half yellow white and bottom quarter blue white.

Awesome phone apart from this - might be going on eBay for less OCD people to use.

Oh and it drops calls like nothing else - in places where the RAZR Maxx is perfect.
