My sirius xm app is not working. Anyone else experiencing problems? Anyone have the app working? I uninstalled and put it back same thing.

Yup, mine crashes immediately on launch. I assume the app needs an update for Jelly Bean. I let them know on Twitter.

It's very likely a JB problem. Also their app lists a small amount of compatible devices. Hopefully you can hear back from them directly soon.

Phones aren't the issue, works on my phone too. Doesn't work on Nexus 7

This makes me wonder it the lack of cellular radios in the N7 is the issue.

The Sirius App is not working on the N7. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it fails to load. The issue is that it's not compatible with JB at this point.
And no...Phones are not affect.
I'll Blame Sal and Richard from Howard Stern for this fail. LOL

It isn't Jelly Bean. I have Jelly Bean on my phone and it works fine.
I believe it is this. Probably a combination of Jelly Bean and the lack of cellular radios makes it think that it is missing something and crashes.

We need to bombard Sirius with complaints. One tech support blamed me for not understanding how to use the App!

Sirus XM works on my Xoom WiFi only with JB 4.1.1 so I don't think it is the lack of cell radio causing it to crash. I suspect it is the screen resolution that is non-standard. When I get back to my laptop I'll connect it up the laptop and see what the exact exception that is being thrown.

Our app currently only supports Android phones. However, there are a handful of tablets our app does work on. We are working towards our next release which will include several new tablets.

Just activated streaming and I'm sad to say it happens to me too.
Works great on my Droid Bionic and the Toshiba Excite 10 AT305 though.
Like so many other issues it's a JB thing.

Just installed the updated version on my Nexus 7 and it is working great!
To those suggesting alternatives, I would point out that anyone running the Sirius streaming app has already decided to pay for it, so they probably already know what they want.
It is simply not the same as Pandora. Much larger library, human DJs, no commercials and no voting up or down.
A Sirius streaming account is cheaper yearly, and IMO adds more value to an existing scrip by giving any-time access even without a receiver available.
