If you DL a paid app on a droid device is it available to all devices linked to that account? Or just the original device?

Now, does this differ for Amazon App store? I have Symphony of Eternity on my Kindle Fire. Assuming I DL amazon app store on my Droid Rzr Maxx, will it be available?

(I believe the answer is yes :] but the save files won't be "transferred" automatically?)

Same for Google Play/Android market?

.... love gaming on my tablet. looking to also experience it on my phone. :)

Ok, just DLed Amazon App Store on my Rzr Maxx. When I search Symphony of Eternity, it tells me I can just install it on my device.

So, yes - only pay once for your devices linked to that account.

I assume Google Play is the same story if you have a tablet other than a Fire running a normal Droid OS.

If you buy it on the Play store, yes. Most of the apps work the same on the Amazon App Store as well. However, there are some games that are "optimized" for the Kindle Fire, so if you buy one of those, chances are it won't work on another device. However, if you buy the normal version most likely it will work on all of your devices, including the Kindle Fire.

Thanks Vanquished & Lexi.

I've had some time to experiment with this now. I've ran across it in several scenarios:

Amazon App games available for both my Fire & Rzr Maxx, only for my mobile, only for my Fire.

Good to know IF the option is there, you only pay once for the DL on multiple devices. Very cool.

It's a pain to put Google Play on my Fire, but awesome to know the same type 1 DL option works for Google play also! Will keep in mind for my next tablet which won't be amazon specific lol.
