A flashable zip will cause issues with roms.

Most roms already have most or all of these anyhow.

I added 2 RIL Build.Prop Tweaks

ro.telephony.call_ring.multiple=false
ro.telephony.ril.v3=icccardstatus,skipbrokendataca ll,datacall,signalstrength,facilitylock

I've noticed a 10-20 KB/s increase on 3G

Don't flash those camera tweaks. They were buggy but they never broke my 3d. You can reflash your rom and just wipe cache and it will clear all those tweaks. I'm editing the thread soon to add some anthrax tweaks and ill remove the camera tweaks.

@voxibanz, did you post some 4g tweaks somewhere a while back, remember seeing them by someone but don't remember where.

You need to mount the System partition as read and write instead of read only. In root explorer, there is a button in the top right that says "Mount R/W"

You need to register with the fourm and you need to be approved by a moderator. Then you need to make at least one reply to a thread that a moderator approves, then you can download the kernels.

After saving the new build.prop do you reboot let the rom load and then reboot to recovery and wipe cache/dalvik, or do you reboot right into recovery and wipe cache/dalvik?

Also, should the space be included between the "1" and the "6384"?

On a sprint based Rom will changing the word sprint to virgin mobile in the build prop make it work better on EVO v 4g or not?

I would leave it as Sprint.
From my understanding, more apps will be compatible with the Evo 3D from Sprint than the Evo V 4G from Virgin Mobile. Same hardware, just identified differently.

Haven't looked at this in awhile. Would this be applicable to midnight j, mobster light or the cm 10.1 roms or are they generally included now? Used them back when it first came out but had not thought about them again until today. I have not looked through the build props to see.

Last I checked, atleast with the latest sense based roms they were included. I have not checked any AOSP roms with this yet

I wouldn't recommend reviving such an old thread, everything on this thread is either outdated or is already incorporated into Custom Roms.

The dual core mod is no longer needed, as custom kernels have a great core management already. And all Evo 3D Jellybean Roms are running a custom kernel.

If you want to see what the performance would be like if you had both cores on all the time. Download Kernel Tuner and when you open it press the CPU 1 On/Off toggle at the bottom. This will enable/disable the second core until you reboot.
