I drop my triumph a lot and it takes quite a lot of abuse from my carelessness, it seems the other day it couldn't take any more abuse and when I dropped it, something has now broken free from behind the camera and jingles. Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or had any suggestions, I'm a bit hesitant to try and take my phone apart to fix this. Thx in advance

Hello crich and welcome to AF! :)

I think you should be fine unless there starts being an issue then you could send it in to have it repaired if there any trouble.

I agree- if everything still works & you can deal with the noise, you'll probably be fine. With that being said, if you're still under warranty, you could always get a replacement just it case there are problems that show up down the line. Your call I guess.

anyone have any idea how long the warranty lasts, I've had this phone for almost 10 months or so, I've heard vm has been been very good with customer service, I'll check into that, just hoping the fact that I bought it at bestbuy wont hurt anything, despite lack of ics, I still love this phone

One year. I just got my replacement today my warranty expires on 09/05.Some major credit cards have automatic 1 year warranty extensions if you purchased the phone with the card. As for now your under the original warranty and being a mechanic if you hear something "Jingling" that was not prior to your dropping the phone it's usually not a good thing.

Something that I've encountered with VM is that the 1 year warranty restarts upon activation of the replacement phone. Most companies just give you the remainder of the year or 30 days whichever is greater. So once you receive the replacement and activate it your warranty will restart. I've personally been through 6 Triumphs and 3 Intercepts and my warranty restarted every time, they even sent me emails telling me that I only had 1 month from activating to be eligible for the crap insurance.
