Help Microphone being used by another application?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here. I recently bought an HTC One X, and I love it... but I tried to download a couple of different personal assistants (like Siri for iPhone), and when I try to use them it says that the microphone is being used by another application. I can't figure out what's got the microphone hijacked or how to disable it. Can anyone help?

I have noticed the same problem with the Skyvi App. But I honestly think it's an issue with the app itself. If I restart my phone and use Skyvi right away, it works but if I back out of the app and then go back into it, it says "mic is being used by another application." Let's face it, the only thing Apple has on us is Siri...until someone hacks the siri servers, I don't know that there will be anything EXACTLY like her for the Android Army.

Just goto manage apps look under running apps for the voice search then tap it and stop it then you can use Skyvi.
