Verizon goes broke.

We are having so many issues in West Chester, PA right now. Verizon has been up and down all day according to my friends. I get home and my S3 won't dial or text -- says I have full signal but nothing is moving.

Sent a Facebook message to my friend and he said the same thing is happening with his Verizon iPhone.

Kinda sucks -- considering I just switched to Verizon LOL.

I actually had to bust our my iPad to Facetime my mum in Austin and let her know I was without phone if she needed me. Little seester just had oral surgery and I don't like being unavailable.

Its not broken, they are just having service issues due to adding LTE. Don't expect it to get any better in the coming week or two.

I live just north in Exeter and during the 3-4 weeks they were doing work in Reading to add 4g my service was horribly intermittent. Two of those weeks it was just like yours I either got full service or nothing. I doubt you can get anything more then a few bucks off your next bill but you can always call and complain.

But after its all said and done the work done is worth the wait. My 4g is literally 5 times faster then my 3g ever was. Call service has gotten a bit better too.

Turns out; there was a water leak in a substation and some equipment that routed land lines and cellular traffic was damaged. Phone came back online around midnight last night.

Not working as expected = Broken

Its like saying your car with a misfire, running a cylinder short is not broken because it still drives.

Exeter, as in by West Pittston, Wyoming, etc, or is there another Exeter, PA? If so, it's just surprising because i never run into anybody from Little Wyoming Valley anywhere. haha.

If we are gonna talk cars I would say something more like the radio doesn't work...the phone itself functions fine...its the radio thats not working.

I'm for the other Exeter near Reading. But its nice to see some locals on here!

That's not a good example at all because a radio in a car is never going to stop the car functioning the way its intended (unless it bursts into flames).

Whereas a cellular phone with no cellular signal...... its almost useless.
