Triumph users: switch to $25 dollar plan

awesome find Thank you OP i can confirm this working i just did it on a Optimus V you can also set it till next month billing cycle so no need to restart plan or anything

Where it says " I WANT TO MAKE THE SWITCH WITH MY NEXT MONTHLY PAYMENT" ? It asks me for a credit card and it says it's going to charge me. am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: Nevermind I think I figured it out.

Thanks, still working, hope it's not a glitch in the system

if you can do it of the official site then thats there fault not yours if you can prove it saids $25 is $25 :D besides maybe is just a limited time offer i know they give out free stuff like using the kickback codes when activating a new line you can get free 60 minutes for the person with the code and the other person using the code and you can do it up to 100 times so 60X100=6000 free minutes and there willing to pay for it some ppl i know :D do that so virgin can afford it lol
Edit:For any one that is interested here is a 100% working kickback code that can be use when activating a new line code is case sensitive btw

Actually if there is a choice between: $25 or $45 per month it is very easy to calculate what is better: renew more often than once per month or switch to $45/1200 minutes plan.

Here is how to calculate:
PLAN A: $25 * 12 = $300 / year
PLAN B: $45 * 12 = $540 / year
Difference: $240 dollars.
This means if you renew PLAN A on sum less than $240 dollars per-year, it is better to keep $25 per month. $240 per year gives you $240/$25 = 9.6 renewals, or to keep it simple: 9 renewals.

Therefore: Total time per month you can get with $25 plan and still beat the $45 is:
(12months + 9extra renewals) * 300minutes / 12months = 525 minutes/month.

If you use less than 525 minutes per month stick with $25, if you use more, switch to $45 plan.

The fun of math. I'll tell you the truth, I have used over 300 once ever since I started with VM my wife on the other hand has used her full 300 like 3 times. All I had to do was top her off with $10 each time. I was with Sprint, then metro pcs. I figure I'm saving a ton, those were well worth the move.

Is this working with new activations of OV and Triumph that are bought new, or just when topping up already activated accounts?

havent tested on new activations yet but if you can go head and check more then likely it should work i dont see why not what this basicaly does is let you choice the so called grandfather plan that they had that was only $25 thats all and since we dont know when it might expire for example who ever is on the current $35 plan should be interested the most since they can switch to the $25 and if you want to switch the plan today you dont have to restart your plan you can wait till you next billing cycle
edit:besides theres always a work around everything for example if it doesnt work on a new activation you can start this month of on the $35 plan onces you have your account created switch your plan to the $25 for next month so you will end up only paying $35 to start
