Just want anyone talking to this guy to be careful. I sent him money through PayPal this morning and he said he would take the offer since he needed money for textbooks. He then let's me know he can't access the money since he is a new user and that it will take 21 days and he needs the money for a wedding in 2 weeks. Seems strange how he's suddenly getting married...I also got excuses that he needs the money for rent, bills, insurance, etc. I did get a refund but he also told me he has a buyer willing to pay for the phone as "payment owed" so he can get the money faster and also so the buyer is not protected. I have the list of pm's that I can post up.

Im working with him on a deal and the wedding stuff seemed legit. Not sure about playa but he says his brother shipped the Maxx and is willing to wait till I get it to ship my tab, seems legit.

I hope you didn't send him anything yet. I wouldn't of had a problem with him except he had different stories and his wedding date changed. Also the fact that we agreed to a deal and he said I was the first to offer. I hope it works out for you but be careful.

Yes you did. If you would have told me first of all that you needed it for a wedding and not for text books than I would believe you. Also when he said someone else was willing to pay as payment owed, that raised red flags as well. Since he has only been on the forums for 4 days and is new to paypal I don't know why he is accepting payments when he isn't willing to follow through with the deal.

Well against my judgement I did $80 as gift and then would ship my tab as fulfillment of payment, I know it isnt smart but I decided to trust him. He has reached back out to me so he seems on the up and up too.
