not quite there.

BT connects,but is too staticy to use. if BT is not high on your priority list,give this a shot,for sure,as it otherwise runs remarkably well.

unfortuantely im pretty dependent on BT so looks like ill have to restore a backup for work.

for the MIUI fans,it has the same BT issue,but is otherwise running very well also. [ROM][ICS][9/10/2012] MIUI.us 2.8.10 for HTC Rezound aka Vigor - xda-developers

I haven't tried this (yet), but according the changelog at the link you provided in OP, bluetooth is working as of 9/10. Is that untrue?

There is also [ROM][09.12.12] AOKP-Neo (Adrenalized) [AOSP 4.0.4] by IAmTheOneTheyCallNeo, who is the developer behind Simplistic/Adrenaline/NeoMax for Rezound.

The link above describes the ROM, it's been updated to version 1.1 (downloadable from Neo's "Secret" Page)

The "glitchy wifi" was supposedly fixed in 1.1, Neo says BT is working but not sure if it's similar to what Scotty described with other AOKP roms.

Scotty, you feel like trying out this ROM? I am too chicken / happy with neomax to give it a go. But Neo is working closely with dmeadows on the AOKP nightlies so it seems like a viable option.

EDIT: NM, one poster said he was going back to CM9 until AOKP was more stable.

i tried it the first night he posted it

(im scotty1223 on xda if you hadnt guessed) the rom itself is a great start. its maybe just a lil glitchy,but does feel incredibly fast. inverted gapps are really slick,as well :cool:

BT indeed has the same issues as all other AOSP roms ATM,as well as the glitchy wifi(wich was repeadtly turning itself on and off :eek:

)

ive run neos rom,len00b,the unofficial cm9,and even miui, and all have the same BT issues. you can listen to media all day but in call you cannot here and get loud,sharp bursts of static. since i need working BT to drive,i cannot test any of them much firther until they get it figured out

wifi did work on cm9,len00b,and miui,for me at least. need to wander over to xda and see if any progress has been made

Is BT the onlt issue with this? I just use my Rezound for data. I will probably never make a voice call on it (I have a company BlackBerry for that) and if I do it won't be over BT.

I would like to try AOSP, but I don't want to be a test subject if other stuff is not quite up to speed.

sms,mms,gps,regular phone calls,data,wifi-all were working for me. the only thing stopping me from using it daily was in call bluetooth. :mad:

i only ran it a few hours,so i cant gaurantee that there arent still small bugs

I have been running this one with good results.
[ROMs][9/12/2012] Cyanogen Mod 9 [MEGATHREAD][CDMA] - xda-developers
The only issues are a power drain caused by bluetooth wakelock, but they are working on it. Otherwise runs great! Reminds me of my old Dinc on CM7.

couldnt really tell... id flashed it before work thinking the bluetooth wuold work,and when it didnt,restored a bckup. so i prolly only ran it for 3 hours and had done alot of fussing with it in that time. it seemed on par for stock,in the same scenario (awake and being messed with)

ive been watching the threads like a hawk,as soon as BT isnt an issue ill report back what i can after running it a few hours.

lately ive been most interested in gray's straight cm9 builds. (first post in MR booms thread)

Obviously I've never used an AOSP ROM so I don't know what it looks like. I did pick up Nexus 7 and really like the interface. Is this AOSP or very close to what it will look like on the RZ?

yup

nexus devices will run a completely unmolested version of android,with no ui or skin. :smokingsomb:
