Root getting apps back from SD card after HTC Sensation 4G reset

So I had to do a master reset of my HTC Sensation 4G to try to fix some issues I've had after the ICS update, and of course didn't want to lose any of my data so backed up my contacts, and importantly, my apps. I moved all my apps to the SD card, followed the instructions here to make sure when I did do the reset I didn't delete the SD card contents:
Support: Settings & operating system: HTC Sensation 4G ICS

Now when I go into apps/SD card its showing "no apps." (but there is 1.2 GB of storage used, which I'm pretty sure was exactly what I had after moving them to the SD card). Plus I also copied all the contents of the .anroid_secure folder onto my computer before the backup to make sure, and those have names of the apps that i moved to the SD card but now don't see on my phone anywhere.

Can someone tell me if I somehow lost all my apps and/or app/data? Is there a way to get them back from my SD card? Thanks

nevermind, for anyone else w/ this issue, turns out a lot of the app data (e.g. my precious angry birds scores) are actually stored in the phones internal memory, so when I moved it over to the SD card and even copied up their respective .asec files from the .android_secure folder that doesn't keep the scores. oh well. next time i'll use a full back-up app before jumping the gun
