Help Browsee reloads page everytime process is switched

This cannot be helped unfortunately. Browser tabs are cached in memory while you're in the browser so that you can quickly switch, but when you switch to another app the Android system might free up the memory used by the browser so it can be used by other apps.

When you re-enter the browser, the pages are reloaded because they're no longer cached.

not every droid phone, my lg esteem or htc evo, would some how keep the page i was on, even with no real multitasking as the s3 has.
you may want to try the developer settings, system/developer options and see if 'do not keep activities' is checked, if so try unchecking it? other then that....
i use dolphin beta/chrome and cached to the sd card thinking it would help with that, but nope :-\
