Verizon Galaxy Nexus Receiving 4.1.1 Update Now!

I downloaded the leak over a month ago.....and the OTA is the exact same build as this!!! Seriously Verizon????? It took over a month after the GSM version got JB to get the leak out, only to have another month go by to release the OTA???? I am glad I am unlocked and rooted...especially since its the same build. Sort of sad that a Nexus is lagging behind other phones that got JB when its the Google flagship. Way to go Big Red.

On a happier note.....GRATS to all the Verizon users who are finally getting JB.....its awesome!!!! Google Now!!! Project Butter!!!! Have fun everyone!!!!

The Nexus is behind what other non Google phone? Name all the non google phones that have JB officially.

The timetable for this is exactly as expected for anyone who went through last update or had any Verizon android devise previously.

I can't wait to finally get it. Whenever that is.

Ok, Nexus S has it (Google Phone)....that is the only other phone....but the Motorola Zoom, and the Asus Transformer have it as well...so I went a little overboard on the phone thing lol. I know the SG 3 was supposed to have it by now but it hasn't and the new HTC series is listed as having it in October. That was my vent lol. And yes I know about the time table thing, but I was HOPING since this was a Nexus phone I would not have the same waiting issue I did with the Motorola Droid X. Again....my vent lol.
