Root Newly rooted... n00b question

So, last week I rooted my TB and installed the leaked ICS ROM. One of the things I wanted to accomplish was to fix a bluetooth communications issue with my Camaro. (would start a call on BT, and it would switch to earpiece on its own, etc) Good news is that the BT now on ICS works very well. Bad thing is that battery life is quite bad, worse than it was on the stock GB. Is it possible to pull the bluetooth.apk from this ICS build, revert back to stock GB and replace the existing bluetooth.apk, or will that break something?

My GUESS would be that you don't want to mix GB and ICS builds, as they may not be compatible. I've read about other users pulling .apk's from one GB rom to another, but not GB to ICS. I'm just speculating of course, but I thought I'd be the first to give some insight to your question.

Also, did you reset your battery stats after the new rom was installed? Need to fully charge then wipe the battery stats in recovery or by using one of the simple apps for that purpose that are available. Perhaps that will help your battery life issues, somewhat.

Apparently, I forgot that I posted this thread. Oops!

I did wipe battery stats and go through conditioning process. Battery life improved just a bit, but it's still not good at all.

I suppose now, I can install the NuSense ICS rom, but a bit scared to do my first ROM and separate Radio.
