Help Why does my phone constantly turn off by itself?

No matter what I`m doing, my phone will shut off on it`s own. It`s not even restarting, it just loads to the "Shutting Down" screen automatically, when I`m sending pictures through Bluetooth, taking pictures, texting, in a call...Anything!

In some cases, the phone will also suddenly drain battery out of no where, and it`ll say I have 0% left when the phone was fully charged just moments ago.

Also, whenever I do restart it or take the battery out and put it back in, the phone`s date and time will change to be completely wrong.

Does anyone know what to do or how I can fix this? Preferably without having to lose all my data.

Don't want to lose your data? Do a backup....then wipe the phone and start from scratch.

Or manually uninstall apps you don't use until the phone gets better and more usable.

My Android turned off on its own soon after I purchased it. Sent it in, they claim to have did some sort of reset, and the phone has been doing ever since. One seller told me I need to buy a new phone every year because thats how theyre designed. Please, I wont be doing the Android thing again. Friends have had the same problems too. The screen freezes, you select one contact to call, and another one is dialed, phone cuts off mid call. Just a piece of junk.
