Had a problem with a film I downloaded from Google play,half way through the movie the screen started buffering and eventually said it could not fetch licence through error 2.
I reported this via email on the support link and asked for ring back,I got a call from support within 30 seconds,I reported the problem and they got the problem resolved within a few hours.
I have never had a response like that from any support in the UK.
Has anybody else had to use N7 support and were they as helpful with you.
