Had a problem with a film I downloaded from Google play,half way through the movie the screen started buffering and eventually said it could not fetch licence through error 2.
I reported this via email on the support link and asked for ring back,I got a call from support within 30 seconds,I reported the problem and they got the problem resolved within a few hours.
I have never had a response like that from any support in the UK.
Has anybody else had to use N7 support and were they as helpful with you.

When I got my N7, I had problems downloading from the Play Store. I could download a couple of apps, then I'd get an error. I called the support #, and asked for a callback. Like you, he called me within just a few seconds, worked thru the problem with me and stayed on the phone while he had me download some of the problematic apps.

He was really helpful. I was skeptical at the "we'll call you back", but it was really fast.
