Here are the screen shots. Phone was charged to 100% then unpluged to sit untouched all night. Battery drained down to 14% during this time.

Yeah looks like the stock Email client is eating battery. I've seen this before; anyone know any tips on reducing its wakelock time? Also, that 4G symbol worries me. Don't keep LTE on all the time, that is probably one of your killers.

Gmail on the other hand, on a heavy day, uses 1% or less of my wakelock time by comparison. I just had a 22 hour cycle also where I was on HSPA+ the vast majority of the time (some WiFi APs actually hurt my battery a lot more than using mobile data) and then at night I disabled data (had a drain of about 0.3% per hour according to BBS also during that time). However I'm willing to bet that maguro gets way better battery life than toro considering the lack of an LTE radio. HSPA+ is insanely efficient I guess...22 hours, 2 hours 17 mins screen time, ~10% left at that point. Awake time was somewhere around 30 mins total over the 22 hour stretch, and I'm a moderate to heavy user during the day, all on the stock 1750 mAh battery.

I'm curious why everything was great pre JB and now post JB I can't even make it through the day on a full charge???

I haven't made any changes so why did JB cause this issue?

How do you turn the exchange off or disable it? I thought I turned it off.

Your BBS screen shot seems to indicate you got some location service going on in google map. Are you sure you unchecked things like latitude, location history under google map setting?

I've seen several people report that deleting the exchange email, rebooting, and then adding the exchange email back resolved their problems.

I noticed someone said they had an extended battery, depending on what extended battery you have the battery could of taken a turn for the worse, if this is true, try using the original battery the phone came with.

I know with mild/moderate usage out of my extended battery (3800mAh) i get about 2 days, with the regular battery (1800mAh) i get about a day give or take a couple hours, usually more on the 14-15hours side.

Hope this helps :)

In my case, it was Google Now. Stopped it and the battery sucking stopped. Went back to ICS usage.

Was it using your NetworkLocationLocator all the time? I always had that issue whenever I had Google's location services enabled, so I just decided to disable them until I need them. Still I see GoogleQuickSearchBox sometimes creep up a bit in BBS.

My battery problem appears to be directly linked to whether I am on WiFi or 3G/4G.

If I'm on WiFi, my battery is fine. I tend to lose about 2.5% an hour. When I am on 3G, I lose 7% per hour.

This is almost completely idle time. For a full day, I ran my on an either 3G or WiFi, and I purposely avoided turning the screen on as much as I could. The phone was either on my desk, or in my pocket.

Is this considered normal behavior for being on 3G vs WiFi?

Wow that's awful...toro really sucks down battery on CDMA it seems. You probably wouldn't believe this, but on WiFi my maguro loses about that same amount of battery on idle, but on HSPA+ idle I only lose about 1-1.5% per hour. 2G EDGE is around 0.5%/hr, and all data off is around 0.3%/hr. hopefully some friends who have toro will respond. Stock 1750 mAh.

Sorry, but what's "toro"?

Sorry, but what's "toro"?

"toro", as evidenced on Google's Factory Image website for Nexus devices, is the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. It's just what us GN (Galaxy Nexus) fans call the Verizon version. "maguro" is the unlocked GSM model, and mainly the radios are different as well as a lack of a SIM slot on "toro". So far it seems "maguro" (my phone type) gets much better battery life...so I have to say GSM for the win.
