Just unzip and remove the desk clock apk from sys apps folder and add word clock apk and then you get the htc world time/alarm/timer/stopwatch back. I used the world clock apk from the previous rom. works great

I don't know why people are hating on the Dark theme i mean seriously its the only way i can keep my screen on during playback......

Those are the settings Midnight and Harmonia suggest, and they've been working for me.

I had midnight before and those are the settings I used, but they didn't work on mobster... I had to use the ad-hoc setup and EVO 3D profile and it works fine now.. maybe because i'm S-on and flashed through 4-ext?

That's strange, I used to be S-On and flashed with 4EXT and those settings worked. I didn't get S-Off until a week or so ago, so I was still using 2.76 (and previous versions) of Mobster's. Set up method was kept at auto, btw.
But whatever works for you, works for you, I guess.

Is there a way to get rid of the bootscreen? I tried flashing my original bootanimation back but it didn't work.

Use file explorer (included in the ROM), and navigate to /system/media/. This is where the bootanimation.zip is located. I replaced the zip file with the original zip file from a previous mobster rom to restore the old animation, but you could just delete it. Hope this helps.

Has anyone been having problems receiving texts and updating PRL? My phone errors when trying to update PRL every time and I have to reboot frequently to get texts to arrive...

Just wondering before I make a customer service call.

You need to be on a stock Rom like harmonia to update prl

do you mean fm radio? then yes. if you meant fm transmitter then no, it doesnt.

Though admittedly light usage.

The battery definitely dies quicker with this version rom installed (2.76) .. I was getting twice as longer battery power on 2.57. I dunno what it is...other than that.. great rom! just get that battery issue fixed thanks

One thing to check, I set 'CPU Control' to conservative and 1.026ghz. Not sure if the app came with the ROM or I inadvertantly restored it from a Titanium Backup session.

I run mine at 1.5ghz, Conservative Governer and VR Schedule (Anthrax Kernel 3.6.2) and i get amazing battery life.

this there anyway to change the icons on the launcher dock, without changing the launcer?

mobster, special request.... rather then have the play arrow on the status bar while music is playing can you replace it with the beats notifi??

I've been running 2.76 since you released it. It's very smooth and I love the Sense theme you made. So far I have noticed as others pointed out that touching the clock crashes Sense. Also sometimes when i'm listening to music using the stock music player voice dialer will activate and try to call someone. I've also had voice dialer open up when using Pandora. It will also start skipping songs on Pandora or skipping tracks on the media player and I'll have to reboot to fix it. Other than those minor bugs i'm loving Mobster ROM as always.

you have to remove desk clock and add the world clock back to the sys app folder

Hey mobster how can we play some evo 3d games on this rom? Is it possible for you to implement this feature into your next build? Or can I manually change this myself? I don't mess around with my phone though, so I wouldn't be too sure how to do this but if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Hopefully there are no issues by doing this? Or if they are not worth it, at least we can play games like gta3 because right now it's on sale, and I bought it for ios but I can't even access it through google play in my phone. Yet an official sprint htc evo 3d has no problem. I'm sure it's possible to tweak something. I want to play vice city too when it comes out so I have to be ready.

I think, in a little while, I'm going to flash this with 4EXT and see how I fare. Smartflash SHOULD be able to work with it, since I can't seem to for the life of me obtain S-Off. Stupid wire trick and I fought for another hour today, with no results.

If anyone else has flashed this via 4EXT, let me know.

If not, well...I'll try it and report back

Update:

So 4EXT allowed me to flash it. Testing stuff as we speak.

Weird thing...Beats works, but I get no icon in the notification area. I know it works, though, because if I go to Sound Enhancement and turn it off, there is a noticeable difference. Hmm...

Thoughts?
