OK guys help me out... my phone has these little "ticks". Ill be watching a video or browsing the net or anything really... it will just stop what it is doing, or pause the video, and just stop. It will then have to reload, or just freeze until it resets (usually about 3 seconds). Anyone have this problem?! Any way to fix it without factory reset?

factory resets have fixed a few minor issues with me, your issue sound like thats your only choice other than returning it, i dont think there is a setting to stop phone from doing that

OK you know how when you turn your phone it just stops for a second and then voila perfect again... well it is like that, but 2 times as long and then it just like exits out of the program. Then it reloads, usually not always, and i have to click the play button or unpause or sometimes nothin....
