I have not changed anything with the phone but it started acting up today.
When I connect the charger, immediately or within 5 seconds the screen goes black and it becomes unresponsive. This is not the screen timeout and I assume that it is turning off.
The moment I unplug it from the charger, I get the AT&T/3G/Galaxy S boot screens and it continues booting up normally. If I plug it in again at any point -even on the AT&T boot screen, off it goes.
I tried 3 different chargers, it happens every time.
So. . . any ideas?
