AT&T Atrix HD to Nexus 4: easy swap?

Hello. I am sorry if this is a premature question, but I think I can garner some useful thought fodder here.

I'm on my third Atrix with AT&T. My current model, the HD, is arguably my least favorite. Not happy with battery strength or the camera. I was happy most with the Atrix 2. But I digress...

I have an unlimited data plan through AT&T. However, I live approximately 3.2 miles due south of The Middle of Nowhere. So, all I get is "Edge" speeds (well, and Wifi). Occasionally, when I travel to a big city I get, what, 4G? The point is, speed is not so much an issue because, if I am not mistaken, 4G is more like 3G with AT&T? And I never get it anyway. I really don't know what all the LTE stuff means, but I gather that with the Nexus 4, I'd get the same high(er) speeds as with the Atrix when I go to the big city.

MY QUESTION: If I buy the Nexus 4 just for fun (I like the sound of the camera and JB4.2) can I simply take my SIM card from my Atrix HD, swap it into the Nexus 4 and rock on? AT&T won't know or care, bill stays the same, unlimited data, etc.?

I appreciate the help!
