well theming for CM is different than stock roms. The correct way to make a theme for CM is making it for the theme chooser as a apk. hacking CM up to theme it is just wrong.
Plenty of guides on how to do CM themes too.

ofcourse but if some1 to use that same theme for the esteem all they would have to do is rename that apk to .zip and open it and take all the image files and rename them to their proper name for gingerbread use and thats all. but i swear its alot of work i believe fuzzy told me it took him 2 months to create a theme he made.well theming for CM is different than stock roms. lol this subforum is full of honest kangers u know that bud but atleast they give credit for their work. almost all the ics rom themes for the esteem were kanged off xda or some theme on playmarket. the ics icons were taken off somewhere and not done from scratch. aslong as the person that ports this over to the esteem and gives credits to the original owner its all good.Oh i meant to ask u did u figure out mms for cm10 seems its being a handful with the gs3...yea, same as its not hard to package a theme as a theme instead of using the whole rom when nothing but the theme changed. lol

I know this is a little off topic and probably a stupid question (but u never know unless u ask). I was wondering if there was a way to get the cm theme engine to work on gb roms, I have looked all over the net and can't find anything saying it could b done. Thx in advance

it can be done, but requires ALOT of decompiling of frameworks and smali editing.
Not really worth the effort on a precompiled rom.
