Okay so I'm planning on buying this phone and going on t-mobile on the $30 no contract sim card deal. Anyone else going this route? If anyone is or has done this before cam you please explain to me how I'll be able to activate my account on their network. Do I just buy the sim card and the instructions will come with it? Thanks in advance

For starters I would make sure T-Mobile works in your area well. Its a great network but its not the best coverage everywhere.

Then decide if 100 minutes are enough....if not you could check out straight talk and that might be a bit better for coverage if your not a heavy data user.

But to answer your question....yes when you get the Sim from T Mobile it will come with instructions on how to set it up. The $30 plan is internet only so you have to sign up that way. Be careful to sign up for the right plan because there are 2 that are $30 and one includes almost no data.

Good luck
