Help USB, data and connectivity problems

Hello all,
If anybody would be able to help me with the following phone problems, I'd be extremely grateful!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 4G, about four months old. The issues are as follows:
* Regular mobile data blackouts. (approx 2x per day, same time, 10 minutes)
* Kies air won't download to PC any video higher than 350MB
* No computer will recognise phone when connected via USB or Bluetooth. (I have tried it on two PC's and a laptop)

Does anyone out there have any suggestions/solutions to remedy these issues?

Hi bnorthby,
1. Not sure about the data blackouts. Is it wifi or mobile data? Did it start happening after installing a particular app/update?

2. Dunno if it helps but the Kies air issue you're getting, do you notice that the wifi drops and kicks in again but kies says transfer interrupted (or somethig to that effect)?
As I get the wifi connection drop issue it means I struggle to get files moved to/from my phone if they're over a certain size as the time window between drops is pretty consistent (every 5 mins or so).

That may (or may not explain the kies issue you're experiencing)

3. In terms of the connecting to a PC, check in control panel>admin tools>computer management(or something similar) to see if it shows up there. It could just be that it's trying to assign a drive letter to the phone that's already in use and you just need to right click the disk in here and assign a new drive letter.
