I found this review video...

Yeah, it's made the rounds but it is a great video. There was a while where I was searching youtube for the latest videos but since Evo is still in development, there aren't really any test units out for demos and most of them were shot at CTIA. I think we have another 2 weeks to wait and then there will be a lot more info as the main ad push begins April 16th.

Also welcome to the forums. Good folks here. Hope it keeps up with the good info as the device gets released and people learn all the ins and outs.

Thanks for the welcome. I am really anticipating this phone to be something real special... i just hope i am not let down by it. I believe I will be changing wireless carriers to acquire this phone as my contract will be over in the beginning of May. I was with Sprint years ago and switched due to my work being on another carrier and that my phone was subsidized at work. Well now they want to get rid of the employee phones and I was told they are not renewing any contracts. My only complaint about Sprint was I would get some dropped calls here and there but I hope that has been fixed by now and maybe it was the crappy Sanyo phone I had... :D

Depending on when you had it and where you live, it's probably a lot better. I had some issues years ago but I haven't had any for a long time now. Check the coverage map because that will matter more than any must-have handset. If you spend most of your time in Sprint coverage you can save a lot of money over Verizon and you can roam on Verizon for free if you only occasionally go out of range. I've found Sprint to be great in cities, towns, and along highways but they have less coverage than Verizon in some rural areas.
