Anyone else want one on AT&T or has any info when it might be available? If so, post in this thread.

Even though the One X can be had for free from Amazon with a contract of course, there's no point getting it now with the One X+ hopefully available very soon.

What attracts me to the One X+ is the screen, I prefer its bright white color to the yellowish white that the AMOLED in the Samsung S3 (and other phones) displays.

Been waiting since they announced in October and I became eligible for an upgrade. Still want to check out the Galaxy Note 2 to see if I think the phablet concept is not too big for daily use, and might be tempted to hold off long enough to look at the HTC 5" rumored Butterfly if it looks like it might be coming to AT&T in the near future. In the meantime just limping along with my Inspire 4G.

In the exact same boat have a upgrade right now thinking about the one x+ but with rumoured HTC DLX may be coming to attend right ride out my inspire for a bit more. But black Fridays coming up galaxy s3 are free.......decisions decisions !

I know, I know.... DLX = bigger screen with more ppi and 2GB RAM,but only 16 GB storage and no bigger battery for the bigger screen and better resolution than the one x+ ... and price cuts on the s3 are tempting... and my battery on the inspire is getting worse and worse. With the screen on and not much else happening the battery gauge drops faster than the fuel gauge on an SUV. I'd hate to wait much longer only to find out that the DLX won't be available for 6 months or more. OTOH I'd hate to buy the one x+ now and see the DLX available by January 1.

Are you sure you got the One X Plus as opposed to the older model? Maybe AT&T messed up and gave you the wrong box. The One X+ has the red accents.

Not true. Only the International One X+ has the red accents. The North American version is manufactured without the red accents.

EDIT

The only thing im not liking so far is that mine did not have the red accents that i was hoping to see. Wondering if this is true for anyone else on AT&T?

Mine doesn't have red accents. When I went to pick up the demo unit in-store, it didn't have them either. Personally, I was a bit bummed out at first, but I think that the phone is much sexier all black as opposed to having those red highlights - they just make it look cheap; more like a toy than a powerhouse of a phone. :p

Can either of you be of assistance with my questions above?

You and I were posting at the same time and apparently didn't have a chance to read my EDIT

Are you kidding me?! Bummer! I was all excited about the red accents. I guess the US is not cool enough for red accents.

I see that they added the infinite scrolling between pages, but does anyone know if you can turn on the scrolling wallpapers? It seems that they might have dropped this feature, but when I set a new wallpaper I am still seeing that that T-shaped grid.
Also, can you set transparency on the docked buttons?
I don't think you can enable scrolling on wallpapers. Probably a feature that you can't change.

No, sadly you cannot. I just received a response from HTC on their FB page:

" The wallpaper is not designed to scroll. We will look into why the grid has that "+" shape and let you know when we have the answer!

Also, while there isn't a way to set the transparency of the dock, you can choose a skin with colors better-suited to your tastes. Go to Settings > Personalize > Display > Skin, and choose a skin."

Why in the world would they remove these features? Doesn't make any sense.:(
