Evo 3D or Galaxy S2? should I make the switch?

This is only because 4G goes through Sprints servers and until now Virgin had no way of monitoring it, they've stated that starting in December they are limiting 4G service to 10 GB on Broadband 2 Go plans, I'm sure that we're not far behind. I don't know exactly what our cap will be but after reaching it we'll drop to 3G speeds that will be throttled after 2.5 GB.

I was actually going to switch to VMobile's Broadband2Go plan for my home internet, but the cap is what's stopping me. As of now, it would be a better investment to buy another Evo V, root it and use it solely for Wifi tethering rather than buy a B2G 4G hotspot. But you're probably right, I'm sure this will end eventually.

Stick with Evo V until something better (as previously adviced) comes out, which won't take long.

I would not change my Evo V, for a slightly better performance phone and higher pricing (mainly now that everything works like a dream). ;)

Other than the SGS2, there most likely will not be another high end Wimax phone. There simply never was many of them, and most are now out of production.
