Help No Exchange (ActiveSync) Contact Groups

Please help. First post after signing up for this forum after getting my new S3 yesterday (replacing iPhone). At work I have all of my contacts in Outlook, running off a MS Exchange server, organized into Contract Groups or Folders which is necessary to segregate contacts for various projects from internal personal from subs and suppliers, etc. I depend upon this organization of contacts throughout each work day. My old iPhone, which I'm glad to be out of the iPrison, translated the Contact Groups over to its contact app with the contacts within it.

Upon setting up my account for Exchange ActiveSync on the S3, the calendar and email synced over acceptably but no contacts came over. Have been spending the day looking for solution to no avail. Did some experimenting and entered a dummy contact into Outlook (on the Exchange server) within just "contacts" (so not in a Contact Group or Folder) and it synced over. I really need my Exchange server contact groups directly synched to the S3.

Routing the contacts from the Exchange server through Google won't be an acceptable solution due to mutliple reasons. Any advise or help anyone can provide to directly synch the Outlook/Exchange Contact Groups/Folders over the S3 would be appreciated.

Thanks. :)
