Im trying to put a 6.55gb movie on my phone. USB cable to the computer, open the memory card, drag file...everhing works fine, except one file, my movie.
"Its file size is larger than the device limit."
Stop copying or Skip this file
are my only options.
What gives?
I formatted the card on my computer as exfat, retried with no success.
I formatted the card on the phone itself, no success.

It's a 65gb SanDisk, brand new. The card is fine since I can put 2.1gb movies on it.

I'm now moving it through a USB card reader, but I shouldn't have to do this should I?

It's definitely the external sd card: extSdcard. It's not the sdcard0. Also, when formatted in the computer I selected exfat and properties show exfat. When I formatted in the phone, I wasn't given an option so I assume its exfat.
I just used a card reader and it copied just fine, so it cannot be fat32. While in the card reader, it also says exfat under properties.

Thanks for those tips/things to check.
I wonder if there is a limitation on the phone or MTT or what ever the transfer protocol is?
