Can someone that took the OTA please confirm if in the browser you have the feature to zoom in and out by running your thumb on the left or right sides of the screen?

Yes you can zoom in and out sliding your thumb up and down on the right side of the Stock Browser. As least it does on my T-Mobile branded S3.

I think it is that way for every carrier, except Verizon. I'm trying to confirm because I want the latest build and do not want to lose the feature. I am rooted and have not flashed back for the update since the rom I am on has it.

It does not do it on the Verizon one with JB. I also checked the stock Chrome browser and the actual Chrome downloaded browser.
