The international phone is pretty much plain sailing so there aren't as many threads. Its not about throughput / traffic or OMG Verizon are taking over the world.

Correct...BUT there is truth to the idea that people with problems are more likely to make noise about it...

To me...more VZW support threads suggest that there are more VZW phones out there

I agree that that's what it is a sign of. The people who post generally are the people with problems.

...and yes you could think that's because there are more VZW phones with AF members out there, but I don't think that's the case.

There are many more international users here than represented in this poll. I know members who simply don't post because everything's fine and sure, there will be VZW members like that too.

1. i agree.. there would be more usa members here than other countries.

2. i agree.. there should be more verzion than other usa carriers.

3. therefore there would be more number of issue threads from verizon

4. also take into culture.. people in USA are more vocal than others. so they will also post more.. vote on polls.. and demand more.. and wine more.
I know I DO, but i am on sprint.

5. you can never get EVERYONE to vote.. so a good sampling would be close enough to make a case. but this poll thread's numbers are way to small to make any good solid statements.

My parents house is a GSM dead zone. But Verizon is max bars. The only place I've never had signal was the Lake Area in Yellowstone Park while on vacation. Everywhere else, I've had no majors issues with CDMA.

Which is why VZW is the top carrier in the US...their coverage can't be beat
