Help netflix app wont work after red loading screen

I downloaded the app, didn't work
Someone told me to download adobe air, uninstall netflix, then reinstall. Did it, and it still goes to the red screen then goes all gray. Please help me, because anyone who pays for netflix, knows how crucial it is to have on your phone.

And this isn't important, but if anyone knows how to expand battery life from the D2 that would be cool too.

Custom ROM - A modified version of the Android operating system operating system.
Rooting is running an exploit designed to trick your phone into allowing superuser privileges to be enabled on your phone.
stock rom is what came on the phone, the original software
system version, is current moto software version found at
menu/system settings/ about phone/ system version/ 4.5.621, 4.5.629, or other

shouldn't need adobe air
maybe a setting issue, data saver checked, data enabled not checked
may need to do a factory reset, this will wipe all your data, that's not on sd card
