Root [Verizon] So what (mostly)stable ROMs do you recommend?

Just wondering what ROMs you guys have tried and would recommend that are mostly stable.

I have tried CM10.1 Nightly, but as of earlier this week they were not stable enough for me. Mostly because i couldnt get any data to work.

I have tried the Stock JB and it worked perfect, found here:

I am on CleanRom right now and all seems perfect, no noticeable bugs. Found here:

But im itching to try out a few more that are in the stable list, so im anxious to hear your feedback.

beans build 7 is good theres a youtube video on it, also i just talked to droidmodderx and he said its okay to flash the eclipse rom found here which ive heard notihng but good things about. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=32734670

I just flashed the OTA and am trying it out. Before that I was on CM10 stable (4.1.2)

As far as stability goes you have the best two in your OP. Everything else is going to have at least small issues. But the next level is BeansROM and Synergy, they are pretty stable with good performance. The next would be any other ROM that says "based off of scrolsters base."

The battery life on this one is freaking amazing.

Liquid does great work.

The key is get the fastest 64gig SDcard on the market. I keep CleanRom, BeansROM, Liquid 4.2, and PACMAN ROM for fun and can switch between them in about 3-4 minutes. So I basically have all of them all the time. Matter of fact I am about to add that darkrom to my general mix as well.

I can't seem to find a ROM that compares to synergy... every couple weeks I try a new one, but I always come back to synergy.

Synergy is great because touchwizz has great features but the whole layout is a mess. Synergy corrected all of that.

i was about to try Liquid last week but heard it had issues? Cant remember if it was data related, or what ... any feedback on that?

Im going to look for Synergy, ill drop link here when i find it. Thanks! Think ill try that first.

This phone supports upto 64??

Flashed Synergy and in the process of setting it up.

forgive the noob question ... but how is this different from stock JB?

I didnt spend any time on OTA so i dont really know the differences.

Been rocking Jelly Beans. You can pick how much TW and AOSP you want. Love that.
Wasn't a fan of CM10. Also downloaded a "stock" 4.1.1 and had numerous reboots.

I just cant find what im looking for.

Tried Synergy but it just looks/feels way too "stock" for me. Nothing wrong with "stock", but i sometimes want to have something different.

I keep reverting back to CleanRom with Nova Launcher. This thing is lightning fast and as stable as a mountain ... but again, its very "stock".

Think ill try Galaxy Mod next.

Any feedback on my prev post about Liquid?

Liquid 4.2 is now in beta 2 stage. It's actually fairly stable as long as you don't mess with the kernel too much. Sometimes when I install a 4.2 ROM I lose GPS, but there is a fix for that. I'm daily driving with it a lot now. Still keep CleanROM as a backup in case I need it though on Nandroid.

I may have to give it a whirl then! I dont typically mess with kernal or anything beyond just flashing the ROM.

I just flashed Beans build 8 and its the smoothest my phone has run since on JB.

Edit: GPS works great too, even indoors.

To the SD card questions, I'm using a 64gb class 10 card. Had to format to Fat32 so it would be compatible with a custom kernel and CWM. Love it... I've got 96gb of storage on my phone.

The fastest cards are UHS-1 cards, then class 10. I like to flash a lot so I got a 64 GB UHS-1 card and I am ROM to ROM in less than 5 minutes. Some of these backups on ROMs these days hit 3 to 4 GB and need the speed. They also work great for recording good video as well.

I love inverted TW. All of the customization features are built right in. It has the new GN double window. Just a sweet ROM.
