I'm looking to find out why some of the photos I've taken with my Samsung Galaxy Ace are somehow locked. When I go into my gallery on my phone some of the images don't appear and instead there is just a small grey icon with a white keyhole shape and a lightning bolt..
I've tried viewing them on my computer too but they appear unreadable.
If anyone has any idea why this has happened so I can prevent it from happening again, or more importantly, know how I can retrieve these locked images, it would be much appreciated!
