Help Disable charger disconnected message?

Every time I unplug my phone it pops up with a message "Disconnected: Unplug your charger from the outlet to conserve energy" with a little flowerpot next to it. I'm perfectly fine with this... except when my phone is in the dock.

Anytime I'm using it when the phone is in the dock, the slightest touch of the phone brings that message up, even though its still charging just fine. And it keeps popping up, making doing whatever I'm doing rather inconvenient. Occasionally, it even wont fade until I restart the phone.

Is there any way to simply permanently disable that popup from showing up?

I too have the same problem on my Droid Bionic. I want that message to never pop up again.

Without getting into a discussion of rooting my phone, for the time being does anyone know of a way to make that message permanently go away WITHOUT rooting the phone? If no, I understand. But if yes, please tell me how? Thank you
:)

Another request for the same fix:

Droid X, Verizon, not rooted.

I want this "Disconnected Unplug charger" pop-up disabled. I have read it (once was actually enough) and don't EVER need to see it again. It is getting in the way of my exercise apps.

The dialog has not been a problem when I'm using my normal charger at my desk. When I go out to exercise, I am using a supplemental battery pack, which does eventually have to drop in voltage level to where the handset becomes unsure whether it's connected (even though there's still over an hour of life in the combined system including the heavy software I choose to run). However, *I* have the ability to check both battery levels at any time. When I am properly employing these devices as designed, that dialog is continuously (like every single second) getting in the way. It's not needed, I've read it, it's completely inappropriate at that moment, and entirely redundant at all other times. It has served its purpose, I have received its message, and it now needs to go away permanently.

It's not about the connection or the cable or even the device, it's about that dialog being totally unnecessary.
