No its not in test mode I can hit the # key I have internet which is weird.
Had to ask. U never know.
9 times out of 10 its a network issue. Not the rom.
Taking a rooted/modified phone to metro = bad idea
Sending phone for insurance replacement when rooted = bad idea
You may have installed an app recently that could be disabling your network connectivity. Have we installed anything recently?
If all else fails, wipe and reflash #2
If that no work... u may be looking at a headache restoring phone to stock and bringing to metro. Hopefully they haven't flagged your device as being modified.
One last thing... try calling metro during normal business hours. The only way you can speak to a real person is to choose option to "add an account" or start new service"
From there... tell them you can get data... but phone won't make or receive calls.

When I was in test mode it had data text and phone didn't work so yes you'll have internet buth calls won't connect text will fail to send

Lol yeah I hope they didn't flag me they still couldn't fix my network issue they just sent it into recovery and I reflashed it again but still can't make or recieve calls so i think i'm just going to have to switch to another phone :[

Even if u return to stock it won't fix test mode I took mine back to zvb and problem was still there the guide is super easy to follow

well from personal experience i was in test mode once on accident lol did some wipes, formatted system etc re-flashed a rom and was good to go... anyone try that yet? lol

If you are going to be flashing Roms and voiding your warranty you are going to have to learn to try to fix these things yourself. Metro won't help you. I suggest trying a little harder to do what the people on this forum are telling you. Besides., they most likely know more about your phone than the metro people do. Just some friendly advice.

To true hardest thing about the test mode fix is the end when u have to have them program ur phone again to make calls with I told them the problem they still wanted to try other stuff so two unecessary hours if they would have listened

If you are in test mode in zvb zvc or zvd you need to do the test mode repair only way to fix . And think if u went back to stock in test mode and took to metro what are they doing that you can't . Just read the post try it out . Doesn't work start over .
