Well I had kind of a weird experience today. My phone was on the charger all night. Once I woke up the phone was off for some reason. I had to pull the battery out and put it back it. It then turned on. It turned on then. Next when it was on I saw the battery % was at 99% but it was dropping fast. In like a minute it was down to 89% just sitting on the table next to me. So I decided to just reset it again. Once I did that it turns back on and the phone is at 20%. I thought that was pretty weird. Now it has been on the charger for like 30 minutes and it has only went put 5%.
I have never really had any issues with this phone until this.
If you think it is a battery where should I order one from? I hear of knockoff batteries online that arent as good as the originals.
Well thanks in advance!

If you go to a Sprint store, they SHOULD give you a new battery for free if you show them that the battery spins on a flat surface.
My sister did that and the customer service rep at the Sprint store gave her two extra batteries "just in case" the same thing happens to one of them.

If and when you do get a new battery, I'm not sure who to give credit to, nor do I actually know if it works, but drain the battery to 0 and rexharge it back to 100% without ANY interruptions. Repeat a couple times and the life of the battery is extended.
