Root Butter toast kernel

OK. I'm showing the same thing for that.

I'm not sure why it is set to 192 and grayed out. Might be a bug in kernel tuner or a problem with the BT installation, but that definitely doesn't sound right.

During the Aroma install, I chose 540, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Anthrax let's me change that setting but Anthrax isn't stable on my phone.
I'm not on xda, is his bug report linked to that site?

His bug reporting is pretty much in the XDA thread, but you can also find him on the Anthrax site if you are registered there.

Just my 2 cents, I think it depends per individual phone if it can handle under clocking or over clocking. Fortunately mine runs fine on any setting, except for battery. Haha

But also what kernel/ROM you use can affect the stability. If its known to be stable and your phone has issues then its probably just your phone.

This isn't really relevant to the BT/KT issue but I thought It might help a little.

I never understood hire identical phones with identical hardware and software can baggage differently. It's almost like they're personified with human emotions and quirks. Normally, computer hardware is compute hardware, except phones. They have personalities...:thinking:

EDIT:

Look at those damn swypos up there.

hire = how
baggage = behave

I looked at my time in state pie chart, and noticed that I'd spent 0s (zero seconds) at 192. So while that's the setting, and it's grayed out, my is:

1. Never going down that low
2. Not being correctly measured by Kernel Tuner

It showed 22:27 hours since last reboot, and of that 7:51 hours were spent in deep sleep. Can you elaborate for me what deep sleep is? When does deep sleep occur? When the screen turns off, or once the PIN lock enables? Or withing a certain time of the screen turning off?

Can the phone go into deep sleep while music is playing? Will it check for email during this time?

Is there any chance that while in deep sleep, Kernel Tuner isn't recognizing that it's dropping to 192? When I add up all the time on my pie chart, it's the difference between the total up time, and the deep sleep...so I can deduce that deep sleep frequencies aren't recorded on the time in state. Any way of determining my frequency while in deep sleep, or would any app that measures frequency be shut down while it's in deep sleep.

This may just be an exercise in chasing down an answer to satisfy curiosity. Thus far, I can't say that I am having trouble coming out of deep sleep.

I have no idea why but this message was posted in the chat section of the Anthrax kernels forums:
The Kernel Archive has been removed at the request of Chad. Links to the kernels will not be allowed, please respect Chad's wishes and maybe this will all get sorted out.
That's all I know, but just wanted to post it here so people know not to ask for it from someone else.

If you don't have it already, Buttered Toast is a good alternative.

Drama drama drama. BT for the win tho, or Jmz, or Mac, or Anthrax if u have it. Even power kernel if u like stability without OCing. Honestly they're all great and I dont have issues with any

I went through a lot of BS to register to download Anthrax. Finally I go back there to sign in and it does not know me at all. Somebody over there is strange. Perhaps I said something bad about him around here and was silently banned.
