I've got Juice Defender on Agressive I think but I always wake up and see something has killed my battery and the phone swwitches off during the night. Deadly when I have a set a morning alarm and it doesn't go off =/

You don't say which firmware you are using. But I have had the problem and used in the past Juice defender with ICS. I have since changed to the products of Sam Lu which allow me to switch off the internet.

The problem appears to relate to the circuit near the camera lens and more specifically the Wifi Aerial part of that circuit. The Sam Lu product by switching off the internet (totally) until I call it up seems to improve the situation not a perfect solution but better than nothing

I am not also confident that Juice Defender (free) is still being maintained by its writer I am sure he or she will say if I am wrong.

Juice Defender could be the very thing that is causing, or adding to, your battery drain by closing down app's that are needed and which are continually re-opening in the background. See, "Why You Shouldn’t Use a Task Killer On Android", and, "Android Task Killers Explained: What They Do and Why You Shouldn’t Use Them".

Try uninstalling Juice Defender and install BetterBatteryStats to track down what is causing your high battery usage. Possibly a rogue app or setting. See post #17 in, "Battery Saving - Dummies Guide"
