Root Mazda has done it again

is everybody still getting duplicate/group mms msgs when people send you pictures? i can send and receive mms (i'm on aokp 4.1.2 but im about to flash right now) but when i receive pictures i get a NEW thread in my msg list that shows the sender AND myself like its a group msg or something.

whats the fix for this?

MMS should be the same fix as always I assume.

Open Voice Dialer, say "Open APNS" and change hte MMSC to http://mmsc.vmobl.com:8088/mms?

And should work

i have no apns listed. whats up with that?

edit: nvm it decided to show up after i installed the dastin 4.2.2 mms apk. still havent verified that mms works yet tho, gonna give her a reboot and see what happens.

Sorry man, don't know what to tell you. You could always try wiping everything and reflashing. My exact order was ROM, gapps, MMS fix, then build.prop edit. I don't know if wiping caches might solve your issue or if you've already tried it.

i'm about to do this now.

you're talking about the "cm10 mms with mms fix" file from davidmorgolin's thread right? thats the one im using.

making nandroid now and getting ready to go back to square one. its gonna be a slow weekend i can already tell.

so i tried flashing this earlier and i got stuck on the htc screen so i thought maybe i need to change my hboot from 1.04 to 1.50 so i did that and i got the same result. so what am i doing wrong ? i wiped data/factory reset, and wiped cache and dalvik cache what am i missing ?

I'm on hboot 1.50 and had no problems installing. I assume you're s-off also?

You're not flashing rom and gapps all in one go are you? I always flash one thing at a time, with reboots in between
