All the pics my wife sends to my email address from her phone are always poor quality. When I look at them, they are all digitized like you are trying to zoom in too far on a low resolution picture. She says the phone tells her she needs to resize the pics to send them. Tey are usually in the 300kb-800kb range. She recently got the DNA upgrading from an Iphone 4 and never had this problem with her iphone even with the same file size of pictures. Is there something she can do to fix this problem? I am in the Navy deployed right now on a ship so can't play with the phone myself.

I believe that the max file size for MMS is 300KB. If she is taking pics at max resolution, then they have to be resized significantly to send them. I suppose that the DNA could be bad at that, and it produces a poor quality image. If the pics are solely for the purposes of sending to you, she could try taking them at a lower resolution so they don't have to be resized so much.

EDIT: I just reread your post. You have MMS in your subject, but say email in the post. How is she is sending them? She should be able to send them at full resolution if she is emailing them.

EDIT 2: I just took a pic and sent it at full resolution via both my exchange email and Gmail. Neither asked me to resize it. How is she sending the pics?
