Root [AT&T] Need info on how to unbrick my S3

Hey guys, need someone to point me in the direction of where to find out how to 'unbrick' my S3.

I already have ODIN, my phone still boots into bootloader mode, and I have a pretty good understanding of the whole precess. I used to brick my Droid X all the time and would SBF back to stock and take it from there. But this is the first time bricking my S3, so I'm not exactly sure what to do. I've been trying to search through threads on my own to find the info, but I can't seem to find basic instructions on what SBF file (I know it's probably called something different for the S3, but I don't know what you guys call it) to load via ODIN into my bootloader or how.

More info, I'm on Rogers, so I have the I747, but not sure if it requires different software than AT&T or not.

Thanks in advance fellas

Rogers and AT&T are near identical. Modems are slightly different, is about it. Here is the link you need for the XDA forum. (And it will say at&t s3 on the forum, but Rogers, telus, and a couple other Canadian carriers all fall under this banner.
