Favorite App so far.... Developers please see link to Announcements above.

as this thread is "my favorite app " and not here`s what i like and here`s what i don't , i will add that my favorite app is
power-amp pro . by far the best music player in the play store , of course that's just my opinion . but i love it . especially the ability to download missing album art .

i put my entire zappa collection on my sd card the other week and went into power-amp pro to download album art , not only did it find every album cover perfectly but it done it fast too .

Anyone have some luck and recommend a reverse call lookup app? Ive tried several over the years and nothing so far worth jumping for joy. Ive tried apps that just sent me to a web site to look up (what a waste app) to apps that returned "nothing" on all lookups but was reading my contacts so those would return info LOL.

Any suggestions?

I have been looking for an android print app , one that prints emails. this one comes close to perfect. (I can probably print email to pdf if I give that a try)

I have my HP printer set up on Wi-Fi connection (secured) and I can be in any room in the house and checking email. If I want to print it out, I can send it to the printer anywhere in the house (no need to be in the same room where my computer or printer is )

Im a huge fan of streaming tv/movies whether on my razr, laptop or ps3. i have a list of my top free mobile favs all found on Google Play/Store
1: USTV, awesome live broadcasts of all the major cable networks, specialty channels and movie stations US and Canada, best there is hands down!
2: TV Listings and Guide: simple and accurate tv guide based on your location that works well in combination with USTV
3: Netflix
4: Crackle, similar to netflix
5: TVPortal, if you like sites like "Letmewatchthis" this is the app for you. Zillions of tv shows and movies with links like Putlocker, Sockshare, Novomove, Gorillavid and so on. I call this app the mobile version of "Letmewatchthis", updates quickly.
6: Sports Live Pro: i can easily find all the NHL games playing live on here, other sports if you like a well.
7: JTV Viewer: just about anything
8: Movies now Hollywood: lotsa new movies to stream.
9: Movietube: More Movies
10:Youtube Hollywood Movies.

Now each of these apps in combination should pretty much cover all your quality streaming needs.

I myself dont subscribe to cable or satillite but rather stream off the internet with all my devices. what i like the most for reg live TV streaming is the USTV on my droid razr and connect it to my flatscreen tv via cable with the hdmi output.

Just my 2 cents, hope ya find it useful.

Okay Mr Man. WHATS the gimmick! I just installed USTV and it works TOOOOO good! ROFL! I've been a fan of tv apps since my winmo days but everything, I mean Everything was a station out of Abu Dhabi or somewhere like that.

I just browsed the stations and sure enough these are US. I am watching NCIS on CBS channel on USTV but STILL had my doubts this was real and live tv, I was thinking its just some steam of a 2year old episode or something.,.,....then I went to the other room and changed the toob to cbs

IT IS LIVE! No more than a second or so lag, but its the real thing!

(spill it man,, what gives?) I LIKE this

as a side note rico, i noticed the small ad on the lower right side of your screenshot of NCIS, if you get Adblock plus from google store, those little ads will be gone forever.

Was going to spring for the $1.99 unlock version to remove them and add more features to the app but willl go check Adblock now.

Trying USTV, seems to have a lot of live stuff, but video quality seems sub-par, and some channels take forever to go live (if they do at all). TV Portal is better quality (but older shows). I subscribe to Dish, and Dish Anywhere has excellent quality, live and recorded stuff.

I am watching USTV: Paul Rudd in an HBO movie (Worklust?) And its sharp and crisp....I am on wi-fi at present.
Can anybody with HBO confirm if Worklust is on like now?

I just tried this to see.

Ok, so that's HBO, Showtime, etc for free??

These guys are going to get lawyered into the stone age, and there's a guy right now doing Federal time for claiming that using others movie feeds were fine, because he gave a DCMA warning, too.

Love the concept, no idea where this will end.
Thats my reaction. Not negatory toward Ironman but just saying in my othr post that this is tooo good to be true. I just atched Survivor and Law & Order , the actual televised episodes aired tonite. Crisp and clear as a ringing bell on the trusty Galaxy Note2.

Ok I am getting skurred now.

^^^that is exactly why Google is doing it

I use an ad blocker, but I also support devs. If I have an app and there is a paid version, I buy it. The only time AdFree benefits me at all is if a developer only has a free app and no ad free option available.

Maybe the best option for Google would be to force a free app with ads to have a paid version that is ad free. That seems the only reasonable response to Google removing any Ad blocking app.

OK, I hadn't looked at HBO, it does look a bit better than some of the others. The few I looked at were 320 x 200, looks terrible on a Nexus 7. HBO is 624 x 352, better resolution, and fairly sharp, but not near many streaming apps. Could be why they "get by" streaming this stuff, it's not close to broadcast resolution. But still looks very illegal!
