SLOOOOW Google Play downloads

Is it just me or what? Last few week small updates of a few megs or even a 35meg game download take forever and a day. While the rest of the web/internet is as fast as normal. and no im not being throttled yet this month.

only google play is beyond slow

You're not the only one. Normally I find it resumes its normal download speed when I cancel the download and press download again, if not after a couple of these cycles.

ahh that seems to have worked, been downloading that 35meg game since I first posted, in one min after restarting its farther then its gotten in what 2hrs

Why aren't you using wifi? Do you not have any in your house? Relying on 3g for downloads is like trying to cross the Sahara on a large tortoise.

Were talking about a 35meg game download, not 1.7GB of extra game data.

If 3g can't handle 35megs at a decent speed..............
