Yeah, just to clarify, I'm talking about the add-on FM tuner. The thing you plug into your device, and it plays your music through the car radio.

Sounds like you're referring to an FM modulator, rather than an FM tuner. Very different. Those should be readily available in the electronics stores but they generally suck and are subject to interference from strong radio stations. Their main advantage is they're a cheap way to get music from the phone into an existing radio, but for best results sound-wise you're far better off upgrading to a head unit with Bluetooth and/or aux inputs.

I found a transmitter at Walmart for like 15 bucks I think. But depending on the radio you have now I would suggest looking at a radio with an auxiliary in plug. I got mine at meijers for like 50 bucks and thats about what you'll spend on a good FM transmitter if not more.

Would it be terribly hard to put in a new radio? I have a 2004 Honda Accord, and the radio face (I don't know what you'd call it), seems to be in there pretty good.

It normally isn't. I'm not sure about your specific car but normally you ether have to take the entire dash apart or just a small section near the radio. They make adapters so that you don't have to cut any wires and it'll all be plug and play. Just talk to someone at the store. Its a fairly easy process. After you get the dash parts off the radio should just pop out.
